Sweet Panna Cotta!

Cooking time: 20 mins Serves: 8 Cuisine: Italian Dessert
Ingredients:
· 1 L Milk
· 1 L Whipping cream
· 150 g Sugar
· 28 g Gelatin powder
Preparation:
1. In a pot, heat 500 mL of the milk on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Add 75 g of the sugar, and stir until dissolved.
3. Repeat step 2.
4. Mix the gelatin powder with 150 mL of cold water, add the mixture into the pot and stir until dissolved, then remove the pot from the heat.
5. In a separate bowl, add the other 500 mL of milk and whipping cream.
6. Strain the mixture in the pot into the milk + whipping cream bowl, and stir until fully mixed.
7. Separate into smaller containers (optional), and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving!
Tips & Suggestions:
· Enjoy with some maple syrup or jam!
