Fried Noodles

Cooking Time: 15 mins Serves: 2 Cuisine: Chinese
Ingredients:
Noodles (your preferred noodles)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Honey
1 tablespoon of chili bean paste (or any spice you enjoy)
1 tablespoon of black vinegar
1 tablespoon of oyster or Hoisin sauce
Vegetables
Protein (eggs, pork/chicken/beef strips)
ginger
onion
green onion
Preparation:
Measure out all your ingredients. Slice your ginger, mince the onion and green onion. Mix the soy sauce, honey, bean paste, black vinegar and oyster sauce together.
Bring a pot of water to boil.
While the pot is boiling, the eggs or protein can be fried. These don't have to be seasoned as the sauce will have plenty of salt.
Once the water is boiling, cook the noodles and vegetables. Once the vegetables are cooking and the Noodles are almost finished, remove the vegetables and drain the water.
With a clean pan/pot, add a bit of oil and cook the ginger, green onions and onions until fragrant. Add in the sauce until boiling
Add in the noodles and fry until boiling.
Plate the noodles and enjoy.
Tips & Suggestions:
Manage your time well, and ensure that your flame control for the eggs lets you get your preferred eggs (ie. over easy, sunny side up, etc)
